A renowned photographer & Gujarat’s one of earliest pictorialists
We are immensely honoured to invite you to exhibition of silver gelatin prints by Shri Datta Khopker. One of the most acclaimed photographers of twentieth century, Shri. Khopker, was a member of the Royal Photographic Society of Britain and earliest member of Niharika, Ahmedabad, one of the oldest photographic societies in India.

In addition to his beautiful prints of photographs from Kashmir, Gujarat etc. his photographs of Mahatma Gandhi are eternally etched in viewers memory. Shri. Khopker photographed Bapu during his visit to Mumbai in 1944.

The exhibition showcases his prowess not only as a photographer, but also as an extremely accomplished printer. These specimen are some of the finest produced by a Gujarati photographer during last century.
